Tuesday was Spencer's birthday. (I keep calling him "twenty-old")
Every now and then we ask the other how old we are because we can't remember.
We had dinner and dessert fondue (Spencer's favorite) with our almost-identical-lives friends.
For the occasion, I bought the Price is Right DVD game. It was a blast because it was easy to play with the kids playing around us.
Ah, remember when Spencer was on the Price is Right? It is the most painful/happy memory he has.
Happy Birthday, Babe!
Wednesday was practically my birthday! Spencer made a quick-trip overnight to do some stuff in Twin Falls and he offered to take Grant.
I got 24 hours at home to myself! It was AWESOME. I had a couple "nesting" projects I wanted to get done. I used my time to update some of my furniture.
I painted our kitchen table and chairs RED (an impossible task with a curious toddler around).
AND, I started re-upholstering my grandmother's chair/ottoman in DENIM for the baby's room.
It was the best day. I feel so much better.
Signing off,
