Wa-La!
I still need to distress it up a little with sandpaper, but you get the idea. Spencer likes it (that's half the battle!).So, this is the table I grew up with. It was originally pine-colored and the fabric has been changed over the years, but when I got it, it was stained black/brown (I wish I had before pictures!) and I wanted to freshen it up a little. It was a fun project!
I also re-arranged these pots because the yellow and pink flowers they held were not hacking it.
These days, not many things are blog-worthy. I have to decide: Blog or Nap? Nap usually wins.
But yesterday we went on a little road trip to Rexburg to see the temple open-house. It was wonderful. I miss Rexburg. The temple is so beautiful. Everything is so calming and inviting. It felt like an actual 'home'.

The table looks great!! Sorry I missed you yesterday, I wish I could have seen you guys. Jared said dinner was great. He also thinks Grant is way cute. I hope we get together soon.
BEA-U-TI-FUL!!
That table is the worst homework table ever! not that I ever did any, but those tiles on the table were the worst!
I can only hope that that ADORABLE table goes to Mason's house next. Emily...as usual, magazine worthy.
Thanks for the Rexburg temple pic! I sooo miss that place! That's cool you got to go to the open house, I would love that!
Looks adorable! Darn you, now I want to paint my table red, although we both know it wouldn't look as fabulous as yours! ;-) Way cute fabric, too. I'm so jealous you got to attend the Rexburg Temple open house. I wanted to go SO badly. Next time we come up, we should hang out! I've missed you!
